Carol Langer

Treasurer, MSA Coalition Board of Directors

Carol Langer trained as a CPA, and after working in public accounting was a senior financial executive for technology companies in the telecommunications, semiconductor test equipment, software and other technology areas until she retired in 2000 to care for her husband Rob, who was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy in 1998. She joined the Board of Directors and became Treasurer of the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition in 2013, and also serves as a member of the Leadership Board and Chair of the Neuroscience Advisory Committee for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as well as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Huntington Theatre Company. Carol has an A.B. from Boston University in English Language and Literature and an M.S. from Northeastern University in Accounting.
