Speaker Bio

Adele Pattinson is a registered dietitian who is also a certified nutrition support clinician at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Clinical Nutrition and completed her internship at the Medical College of Virginia, in Richmond, Virginia. She has been working in the field of for over 30 years presenting at many state and national conferences and contributing to research in the field of nutrition support. She works with a team of nurses, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and physicians that share the passion to decrease malnutrition. She is a self-proclaimed “high calorie, high protein dietitian” working with patients with a variety of medical conditions. It is a pleasure to participate in the conference today.
