Matthew Beke is a Clinical Dietitian working at the Normal Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases. He is also a doctoral student researching the effect of dietary fibers on GI symptoms in people with Parkinson's Disease. As a dietitian, he cares for patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including MSA. He hopes that by increasing the visibility of MSA to the public that this will generate interest in research and creating impactful nutrition therapies for this disease.
